Yes mine settled too, and I think its probably essential to point out the mistakes to them, I was thinking, it you have a scanner, could you send a copy to them for your case ?
I have not sent the Lloyds loans reclaim letters off yet, started them, saved them (I think)...... and they can go off this week.
And I know I will receive fob offs like I did with the credit cards ppi complaints, but now I have come across these agreements these will be copied and posted to the FOS too when the time comes.
Good luck with yours hun.:D

They sent them to me twice and one says "X me" on it as the banks signature and then when they sent it out in the SAR they have blanked it out in white. Another is just blank at the signature box. If I was really nasty I could really go for them on this. I just want my PPI back:D
Having real trouble getting a SAR back from Co-op how did you find them to deal with?DS1 12/10/04

They eventually sent it on the 40th Day. I was first charged the £10 and then they sent our a copy of all bank charges instead. They never read the letter and then when I called them 3 times I eventually got a call back from a man who asked what i actually wanted. I then told him I wanted exactly what I had requested in the letter for the SAR. It was not hard to understand and was told it would be dealt with.Having real trouble getting a SAR back from Co-op how did you find them to deal with?
FOS have my case now and they are having trouble getting any info from them too. They have told me that my case will be quite a while because of this and the delay is unusual. I asked them what would happen if they did not reply and was told that the case would be upheld in my favour but that is highly unlikely as they do not give the banks time limits to deal with complaints. I find this unfair and there should be a time limit. If I have received a full sar on my loans then it should not be any different to what they send off to the FOS or they are not complying with the data protection act.
They will deal with it but in their own time. I would keep ringing them. I did.0 -

a customer rarely holds the 'signed' copy of any agreement - this is held by the lendermarshallka wrote: »I have just emailed the adjudicator on my case here to let him know that I have found that two agreements were not actually signed and I thought that they should have been...:D0 -
This was sent to me by the lender!!!a customer rarely holds the 'signed' copy of any agreement - this is held by the lender
They sent me all copies of the agreements first and two are not signed. (one actually states on it "X ME" and then when they sent my SAR I got them again and this time the one with "X ME" on had been "whited" out...0 -

the Data Protection Act is a funny piece of legislation - when you make a request for information they have to send a copy of everything held under your name - in otherwords if an agreement is in your name all they have to do is send a copy of that agreement but not necessarily a copy of the agreement you physically signed.marshallka wrote: »This was sent to me by the lender!!!

But the CCA asks that they send a true executed agreement (if the loan is still active) and asks that it has prescribed terms on it being signatures of both the lender and borrower. The prescribed terms are for all agreements whether active or not.the Data Protection Act is a funny piece of legislation - when you make a request for information they have to send a copy of everything held under your name - in otherwords if an agreement is in your name all they have to do is send a copy of that agreement but not necessarily a copy of the agreement you physically signed.
I am not going to have them for this but just wanted the adjudicator to look at just how they dealt with "legalisation" at the time.0
