it's just an unsigned agreement is an issue regarding the CCA and the FOS can't look at those - you've got to keep your complaint simple and unambiguous - if you send in information about possibly problems with the actual agreement then all it does is muddy the waters - I feel like taping oven gloves to your hands to stop you itching away at it !!
Tiggrae, what p***es me off here is reading the letter that states "you signed the agreement to say that wanted the PPI". I was mearly using the same against them in that they should have done and did not.

I am annoyed that this complaint is taking longer cause they will not send info to the FOS as they say and yet they have sent me my SAR so its not that hard to find it.

Okay folks I'm back on the dreaded "Click".....had enough of them now getting away with it, its about time something was done, I know they do not run the company that dissolved in 2006 anymore but as they still run many groups and I feel they are still responsible for all Clicks including the dissolved one they should take responsibility for their complaints, not run from them, its very unfair indeed and it should not happen !!!!

If there is anyone out there who are or have been under Click Finance please get back to me, especially if you believe you were mis sold payment protection insurance, or if you know of anyone else, please just yell thanks.;)

Came across this about dissolving companies................

    http://www.ukincorp.co.uk/s-1C-uk-company-dissolution-and-restoration.html

There is also a live help chat window on that site too, but need to be sure they can answer any questions regarding some companies which I do not think they will.

What i cannot understand here Di is when you wrote to Click and got your last reply the director "Steve Teague" was mentioned and then it stated that "it would be unfair on the directors of Click Financial to take over the complaint of Click Finance when the directors of CLick Financial are the same directors. How on earth can this be fair practice here.

Surely Click Finance belonged to Click Group and they should be responsible (as they are the same directors) for the lliabilities of the dissolved click. What sort of a country do we live in here. Who allows it!!!!!!!!!!!

These directors that do this need their licences revoking forever. Its not right and its not fair. This needs sorting about Click Finance. I feel so damn mad about it and its not my complaint but its the principal of it. It needs stopping.

Picture Finance is another. They close down their old company and sell the assets but leave the liabilities. The assets are now with Picture Financial aren't they. ????

    Have we all gone mad!!!
