Maybe hun - I do hope so.;)
Yet I do know of more worse issues even though I think his are bad enough as well..... .
Think his has been in since June, can't remember - will have to check it out on his copies.;)
Di, the comment about fast tracked was in regards to the maxdp post about the adjudicator claiming on his PPI and your response to it not about your hubbys. lol

Di, i thought these had been fast tracked??? Don't they look at you as one in a financial capacity in that you both have the income coming into one house and also the outgoings are shared too:confused: .

I did think that hun but when the adjudicator rang me last week he did not mention anything about fast track and I had not thought about mentioning it as he said he was dealing with my case anyway, but he did say that obviously my hubbys complaints will be dealt with separately

I bet it was as it was only about two months and that is just tooo quick otherwise.
My co-op must have been too although i have mentioned this today and they have not said anything only " we have noted your comments". I told them that that other complaint was sent in same time as Barclays FIrstplus one and that this was with an adjudicator and she just said "we do not go in date order as such". This is confusing.

Just had a thought. I wonder if they go in date order as in when your complaint date is?????

This would perhaps be a logical explanation as people are complaining about time barring if FOS cannot do anything.

With the Endeavour one, I enclosed a copy of the recent bank statement which proves that hubby is only receiving £74 something a week for SSP, I do get the child tax credits a week and CB monthly, my son has disability living allowance but I don't think they take that into account because this is his only, yet I do also get carer's allowance on a monthly basis too.;)

Where it says occupation on the FOS complaint form, it had Steelworker, they had kept the details from the Nemo complaint obviously as they added this themselves before the form was sent out to us, but now employed as Quality Op, next to this then we added/Sick leave just for them to be aware of this, although this was also explained on a separate letter to request for fast track for this one also.;)

We shall soon see on this one I suppose.
