I was not ringing about the Co-op one. I was ringing about the unfair rebate Barclays Firstplus one which i have not heard anything from for over 1 month. I have telephoned 4 times now and each time someone will call me back and they don't. She asked for my Co-op one and said although that is with an adjudicator now they do not go in date order:confused: . She said someone will be in touch when they can.

    Very frustrating !!!
    Its just ONE simple answer..........

OMG........ your defo been waiting far too long now !!
Have you tried the consumer helpline instead?, because I do think what I told you earlier is that - that person had done just that to find out if his/her claims could be looked at and they did confirm this to him/her.
I have been though all the right channels here and should not have to ring anywhere else. I have a right to know if this is something they can look into. Its was end of july beginning of august (sent 3rd August) i sent this in. I know that i cannot make them fast track this but surely they can say if unfair rebate if within their jurisdiction. That is what i want to know. All i have had is a letter to confirm it and then another 11th Sept to say its still waiting. I keep asking if they can this time look into this and no-one says anything.

Just rang AGAIN about Barclays Firstplus complaint and first she said she noted it was a PPI complaint and that these are taking much longer now, then asked for my CO-OP complaint ref no. and put me on hold. She then told me that they have noted my request for the fast track and that someone would be looking into this at their earliest. (asked about i month ago for this). Then i told her about being assigned an adjudicator before for what i thought was the same complaint and she said she had noted it down. I then asked if it was something this time they could look into as i had resubmitted under Barclays t/a Firstplus and she said she would not know until someone had looked into it. I then asked if she could assure me that someone would call me as this was the third time in three weeks i had been told this and she just said that they were busy. I am still none the wiser. They cannot tell you anything. Its so annoying this is.

She did tell me that "illness" cannot be helped and that my adjudicator had been ill for the Co-op one. I know illness cannot be helped but I would just like an update, thats all. Not had one in over a month.

Wonder if he can claim for his illness under his PPI:rotfl:

Di, i thought these had been fast tracked??? Don't they look at you as one in a financial capacity in that you both have the income coming into one house and also the outgoings are shared too:confused: .
