PPI Reclaiming discussion Part II

Hi there
If your partner has no agreements on hand I would contact them to request copies of this, they should be able to supply them to you free of charge.
If he has finished this altogether then also request the final amount paid into this in writing.
Does he still have his monthly statements on hand by any chance hun ?
Now if he believes this was added without his knowledge then he has grounds for complaint, he needs to get a letter in to the complaints department to complain and reclaim this.
If not successful, we wil go on to the next step.;)
Have a browse on this link, where this may help, and there is also a template reclaim letter he can use, but use your own words if you can and add an explanation to the reason of why he believes he was mis sold, there may also be other reasons also to add.

Yes hun I know the feeling...... .
But yep get a letter in and meanwhile if its his bank and its local they maybe able to supply a copy of the agreement there and then.
However normally when they reply to your complaint they do usually send a copy then.;)
I assume then he still receives his monthly statements for this? The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Just a quickie......... Barclays First Plus replied today to say they will respond to my complaint by 23rd October.
So both lenders have now replied to say they are looking at my complaints.0 -

Cool, we shall keep an eye on that calendar then hun.......:D .
This step out of the way, and lets hope its a favourable response.
Good luck!
(I have just marked my calendar and added "The Clarks" lol), hope you don't mind hun, just want to make sure you receive your response when you should and you may even hear before.

Yeah I know its annoying isn't it ??
Don't forget he has to add his account number of his Credit card to his letter, and they have 8 weeks to respond, with a bit of luck you will hear before that with a good response in his favour.
If he's not successful - let us know and we will go to the following step okay hunni?;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
