Been there as well. Done them all. I don't want to work really but we need the money... I feel so guilty.

I felt guilty going out full time with a child and then went part time and still felt guilty and then packed in (got ill) and now my youngest has gone to high school I feel guilty again as I am still here:eek: .At 12 she is still too young to be left in my eyes. I have no-one to help and never have had (my hubby needs to be out at 7.45 and does not get in until 6.00 ish). I don't drive so its buses everywhere and if anything was ever up with her what then. I need a job at home.

I too have been thinking about returning to work - yet its a matter of time that hubby will return from being sick from work, he is due to see his GP next week who may even sign him off, and of course when he does he will be working 12 hours shifts days and nights, and with my son who has special needs this is a difficult one, and he will not stay with anyone else.

And then I feel guilty then too just thinking about it and then hubby is also against me doing this..... , so I can't win really..... .

I remember I did work part time but not even that worked out, 90% of the time I would get a phone call so what was the point?

Even though I did return to work full time after a few months after having my first son, he will be 20 this year but that did not work out either, guilt had eaten at me.

If I could work from home with no gimmicks sort of thing I would be well happy.:D

Good luck Marshallka, I do hope this really works out for you hunni.;) xxx

Last week seomtime. Its only a general received thing but I note that both my co-op misselling and barclays firstplus unfair rebate one have ref ending in CCJC on them and this one is different as its not an insurance complaint and has the ref CCCH on it.

When i first complained about Barclays FIrstplus in may of this year and it got passed to an adjudicator that complaint also ended in CCCH too so it looks like that one was not classed as insurance either.
• Morning all,

Marshallka as per my pm over the weekend I emailed : info@fsc.gi with regards to my complaint with Bespoke.

I basically outline where I was at with them (no reponse after 3 letter since early August), and asked if they would be able to assist in taking my complaint forward or mediating between us to come to a resolution. I havent had a reponse from them either (emailed last Tuesday).

What have a done wrong? have I asked the wrong questions? not emailed the right place?

Could I ask what you wrote when you contacted them, I might get a bit further if I say the right words!

Now I am at a dead end, I cant fight some one who ignores me!!

Sounds like my husbands tactics to avoid the washing up - ignore her and she'll go away!

The selling of finance in GIB is not regulated but you needed to tell them that they had sold you "INSURANCE" as this is a licensable activity. They will ask for proof of this and you can email a copy of the letter from Freedom about this. They will email you back from the enforcement department. They cannot help you like out ombudsman service can. Its not regulated.

Both myself and TIggrae asked them about the legalities of Bespoke doing this and was asked for proof as it.

Right so where are you up to now??

You have written to Bespoke and not had any reply??
Did you send them recorded delivery??

here is the reply i got
Dear M

Bespoke Finance Limited (previously Karacus Limited) has never been licensed or held any authorisation issued by this Commission.

Please find attached a company profile, which provides basic public details about the company as filed at Companies House in Gibraltar. We would like to review any supporting documentation before reaching a view as to whether Bespoke Finance Limited is, or has been involved in licensable activity.

Yours sincerely.

Tiggrae got this reponse

enforcement@fsc.gi

Thank you for your enquiry.

I can confirm that Bespoke Finance Limited is not regulated by this Commission. Bespoke Finance Limited is a Gibraltar company (Incorporation No.60921). You can obtain further details about the company from Companies House in Gibraltar (www.companieshouse.gi)
We have received another enquiry concerning this company, although the nature of the activity in that case is loan finance, which is not a regulated activity. Perhaps you could provide copies of the PPI policy so that we can give you a more substantive response? This would enable us to take a view as to whether the company's activities require authorisation (in which case the Commission may consider enforcement action).
Yours sincerely.

• I have written three letters so far. First letter was to Fredom Fianace on 04.08.08, they wrote back saying that they are not liable and that they have forwarded my complaint to Bepoke on 14.08.08.

I received no reply from Bespoke so I sent another letter (not registered) to them on 10.09.08, supplying a copy of my original letter, a copy of freedoms reply and a cover note asking them to confirm reciept.

I received no reply to this (not even an aknowledgement), so sent a 3rd letter on 23.09.08 saying that I had contacted the FSC and would they please repond to my letters.

I havent sent any recorded, as I wasnt sure if you could do this outside the UK.

I will email the FSC again today confirming that its PPI I am complaining about. I did put that I am attempting to claim back PPI which I think was adminstered incorrectly. But I will outline the complaint more specifcally.

Do you know of anyone who has been sucessful in getting monies back from Bespoke?

Right now you need to email them direct

iain.farr@bespokefinanceltd.com

This will get a reply and also tell him that they hold a consumer credit licence here in the UK and if they continue to ignore you you will be making a complaint to the OFT about their fitness to hold a licence. Tell them you have never heard of them (like you said) and that you feel that although you were told you actually dealt with this company you have no recollection of doing this. Tell them that they are not treating you fairly too and most of all tell them that you were missold and demand you money back. Get a read receipt also and state that you now give them 14 days for a final response. (If you have copies of the previous letters too)

Its sad that here in the UK none of the authorities can help you but you will have to help yourself. We can guide you.
• thanks for this,

though I was at a dead end. your a star!!

Be back soon - Simone.

Just been trying to access the FSA register, but they are currently dealing with a problem on the search system right now, here is the message:

(11.30a.m.) Service Update

29/09/2008

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with the Register, resulting in limited availability of information. We expect the issues to be resolved by 3pm today.
