But they are still saying contact the FOS who can't help in all instances, especially before regulation.
Just a thought, I would contact the FOS consultant about this and tell them, see what they have to say.
Some cases are re-submitted, so may be worth checking just in case.;)

Am I right or wrong here folks please?
Were all banks members of GISC before the FSA taken over in Jan 2005?
I assumed they were but do not want to advise the wrong info to anyone if it's not the case here.
Now on another thread, its states that Black Horse were not members of GISC, and to my knowledge I take it these are linked with Lloyds TSB who were members of GISC before the change of the FSA??:rolleyes:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
