First of all welcome to this FORUM. You will get good help from people on here. Do not know about IVA but am sure somebody has experience with these.

Well done for your claim from Nationwide.

Hello there a Big Welcome hun.;)

Right okay IVA wise never dealt with that side of things myself before hun, but if you feel you have been mis sold ppi from any of your loans/credit cards/store cards/catalogues, just about anything then you should still try reclaiming on this.

If and when ppi was sold with your products, were you asked if you needed or even wanted this cover?
Did they explain the full cost of the product and interest etc?

Maybe you were covered from another source of insurance here, such as from work or so.

Now it may have been that you have a medical history where this cover may not have been eligible for you.

If you check out this site hun, click on to the above "reclaim £1,000's" there a a few links should come up and you will see there is a link about ppi, there is a list of reasons on there about mis selling and a template to try and complain to reclaim.;)

Give us a shout and if you can post the dates you had taken these out, thanks hun.;)

    Di.
