Your not being a pain hun.;)
We love to help and its good to get it right once and for all.:D

What I done above is that of your reasons anyway but put them into an explanation, and just write back with what I wrote above, which is more or less what your list is, and if there is anything you can think of then just add it in.;)
Tell them anyway you will be preparing to take to the FOS if they do not get back to you with a favourable response.;)

Personally I would only give them 14 days now, some may suggest the full 8 weeks again, or maybe 28 days would be reasonable on this 2nd letter your sending.

The others may get back later on a date timescale for this one hun.;)
On the main of my 2nd letters I have only given them 14 days as I wanted to move on with them.;)

Well done Di tell it like it is:T

Hi This is my first forum ever!

I have succesfully reclaimed overdraft fees of £3700 from Nationwide and now want to embark on the PPI route, however i am currently in my first year of a 5 year I.V.A with the same people that miss sold me the PPI's. has anyone had the same experience? does anyone know if it will affect the I.V.A? am i allowed to claim the PPI from these people?

any help would be very welcome.
You are still allowed to claim i think but let tiggrae confirm this.

Think we need to have a PPI reclaim office here. We could have Tiggrae as Office Manager.
Di In reclaim cause she would repay all claims cause people are lovely. Whether they are miss- sold or not.;)

Marshallka could be the investigator cause she good at getting to bottom of everything:rotfl:

I could be the Sandwich Lady cause I pop in and out every now and again.

We could have Troness as Consultant along with SingleP etc etc

    What do you thing:T
