I'm back, just quickly read about dazman, in a flutter again i note. Glad Di sorted him. Lets hope he wins. I was not too sure about it being a final response already. I got two letters from both Barclays Firstplus and Co-op and that was it.

My cheeks are fine thanks. lol

What I done above is that of your reasons anyway but put them into an explanation, and just write back with what I wrote above, which is more or less what your list is, and if there is anything you can think of then just add it in.;)
Tell them anyway you will be preparing to take to the FOS if they do not get back to you with a favourable response.;)

Personally I would only give them 14 days now, some may suggest the full 8 weeks again, or maybe 28 days would be reasonable on this 2nd letter your sending.

The others may get back later on a date timescale for this one hun.;)
On the main of my 2nd letters I have only given them 14 days as I wanted to move on with them.;)

The first complaint letter was the 27th August so its 8 weeks from then for a full and final response. That is 21st October for this. Tiggrae always told me you have to give them 8 weeks from your first letter.

Arh that's right so on this final letter then he can actually give them until 21 Oct?:D
Hope he comes back on to check this then, My workings out on the dates I don't know what went wrong......:o , I know its not far off to the time I said depending when Dazman will date this letter to send and so I suppose.;)

I am investigating now in PM's trying to help two with similar complaints to my OLD one if you know what i mean. Thats where i have been. I really need to help them but can't keep up on the forum. I have got to go back over lots of things here so if i keep disappearing you know i am still doing my job but in pm's. Bespoke and Freedom :mad:

He will be fine. Glad you helped;) . I know what a state our dazman can get in.
