You beat me to it hun, :D thanks for adding this.;)
I assume they are all part of the same group.

I thought it was, I also thought that as they had already been fined it was meant to be easier to get your money back, or at least is meant to be.

Yes me too thought the same...... .

I have my son's store card to deal with too, that was 2006 when he was sold a burtons store card with payment cover with GE money as was then a university student, now for some reason 2007 does not seem to be right that they were not covered before then...... .

Store cards BHS GE MONEY TRADING AS GE CAPITAL BANK registered no.1456283

REFERREDTO AS GE MONEY CONSUMER LENDING LIMITED.

GE CAPITAL BANK LIMITED TRADING AS Mothercard (mothercare)
These are all for unfair penalty charges then on late payments.???

If it is then FOS cannot look into bank charges yet as this has been put on hold hasn't it.
I would still look into this 2007 thing with them again.

Am I right in thinking that G E Money have already been fined , or am I on the wrong track:rolleyes:

    This is the link http://www.fsa.gov.uk/pages/Library/Communication/PR/2007/015.shtml
GE were fined for their sales of insurance but I think pinknico complaint was about unfair penalty charges for late payments so would not come under this.
