You still have not found out how much of the loan you actually received though as there is no PPI on the figures you gave to us last night unless you only received a certain amount of the loan of £10800. If you received it in full then you definately paid no ppi from that loan.

Hi. Spoke to Sandra at HFC for the second time today :)

I asked her how much of the 11k was PPI, she said it isn't bundled in the 11k, I paid it month by month included in the Direct Debit.

maxdp, if you don't mind me asking how much is the difference that you are out by:confused: .

Good morning one and all. Been busy mowing lawn (and next doors) lovely lady who is a pensioner and finds it difficult. Found a slow worm under bush nearly ended up as two:eek:.

I am not sure of the actual figures but Tiggrae has been supportive and thinks that the problems is that they have taken the three loans separately when they worked out the figures. What they should have done was taken all three into consideration cause although they have refunded PPI what we think they have not taken into account was the fact that the PPI for the first loan would have been taken over to the second loan and the PPI from 1st and 2nd would have influenced third loan.

Am awaiting decision at mom from FOS. Fingers crossed;)

So was this then a seperate thing in that you had a seperate agreement because it definately did not come into the agreement figures you put on here. I am sorry and don't want you to make a mistake in writing a complaint when in actual fact it was nothing to do with the agreement you put on here.

You can check the figures yourself here

    http://www.moneymadeclear.fsa.gov.uk/tools.aspx?Tool=loan_calculator

If you actually received £10800 because £200 was admin fees then you repaid them over 7 years and the APR was 15.4% and you made repayments of £204ish per month then that is correct in that no PPI was added.

Please don't think i am being negative.... Perhaps you had another agreement with them... You really needed to check what amount of the £10800 YOU RECEIVED in the bank. This should put your mind at rest. Its is confusing here but like i say from your figures from your agreement they all match without it added.

Thanks for the link. My single monthly payment was £236.39. Im guessing the £32.39 was the PPI which near enough matches with the amount I was told on the phone.

While I was on the phone I asked how much PPI I paid. I was told it was 38 months. She confirmed it was PPI x 38.
