Endeavour Personal Finance Limited is another main supplier of secured loans to consumers and provides its lending via a panel of specialised brokers. It is an active member of Finance Industry Standards Association (FISA), and of the Finance and Leasing Association (FLA).

So in that case why couldn't they help ?

(saying that, I had to refer the mis selling side of it to the brokers Click who dissolved).

Still waiting for some further info regarding Click, and I do also remember mentioning about these to the FLA, again they could not help as they dissolved and mentioned something that these were not covered by them  .

  • Im just a little concerned re: single premium policy

I have got and signed a separate document for my PPI but all thought i have looked though all the documentation there isn't any mention on what the premium for PPI is. Should I be worried?

I am however going to chase as I was advised it would increase the loan amount if I were to take out the PPI

Well what does it say about the repayments on the agreement? Is that what you ended up actually paying and if so what figures are on the agreement. Perhaps you did not take the PPI!!

The FOS have phoned me out of the blue this afternoon and Barclays are offering me £2280.40 as a gesture of goodwill! I nearly fell off m y chair, the woman asked me if i'd heard anything from Barclays and i told her no, she then said she was delighted to be ther bearer of good news and then told me the figure, I can't bloody believe it, she's sending me copies of all the paperwork to look over. I'm still in shock, but i've been dying to get on here and tell you all

It seems so, as GE only offered me £39 to start with they have offered and extra £70;)

When I requested charges from ge money they offered the difference between the charge and £12 and pointed me in the direction of the FOS if I wasnt happy which I wasnt!

But for mis sellin they are saying FLA but after the discoveries on here last nite I might try the FOS if the FLA cant help.
