    Thats very interesting marshallka

I did not even know the PPI I was mis sold with my 15 year loan only lasted 5 years I have just checked the loan agreement and in the small print it says cover for 60 months. Thats £9035 for PPI added to my loan that I would be paying for 15 years that only lasted for one third of the life of the loan!!!!!!!!!

    I'm flabergasted

    Sorry peeps.

After phoning HFC I soon remember I consolidated the loan against my morgage last year after HFC said the account is closed. Do I still have a PPI claim for the period i had the loan with them?

    Hi there
And yes you can, because this does not make any difference.;)

    Good luck!

There you go. Thats why these policies should be banned as you are then paying interest on them for the full term of the loan.

    Good luck with your claim

If a company has been fined for mis selling, can you only mention this as mis selling if this occured the year they were fined. ( having a struggle with GE M oney)

  • Hi All! Nothing much to report - I haven't received any post that is relevant here , have received a reply today from GE Money via FLA - going to pay most of CC charges back :D- so that's something, thinking I will send an email again to FOS, asking what is happening with FP (PPI) and Monument (CC charges) I expect I'll get the same response as before!!!

No, I would mention it in any year. Had they changed their selling methods??
