he's fine - snoozing at the moment - for a change!! just been snuggled upto me on the sofa having his tummy rubbed, never known a dog that's more on his back with 4 paws in the air then he is actually stood on all 4 paws - such a cutie
He sounds lovely, can I borrow him and you can borrow my cat lol.:D.

The fence look fab thanks. I had to wait as the tits were nesting and still had two fence panels to finish from may. The babes have flown now (flew ages ago - but nested really late) so I had no excuse than to finish it and to tell you the truth the fresh air has done me good.:D
I did understand but you have to be so careful in your wording then as Di rang and asked about her complaint and they already written in unfair rebate/settlement. Its so confusing. No-one has ever confirmed to me that settlement means loan and not PPI. Its was the GISC issue that I found confusing. I always knew that GISC was only insurance complaints but wanted to know what type of complaint unfair rebate/settlement was and whether GISC counted in these type of complaints.
Glad you looked after birds it is nice when they nest. We have starlings nesting year after year under my sons eaves and they keep kim awake from 4.30 ish bless. We have also just built an hedgehog house which I have put in garden hoping we soon have resident. Trouble is kids keep shaking it to see if anything is in it.:mad:0 -

Think I probably know the answer to this one but can I claim from a loan that I feel was mis-sold that was started in 2004 and paid off early in 2005? I did get a reduced figure for early settlement.0

you'de never give him back - everyone loves him, go for a walk he runs up to complete strangers and rolls straight on his back - he's responsible for all the ricked backs in the local area with people bending over to give his tummy a rub - lose him in the park and he's on someones blanket all 4 paws in the air
Aww what a lovely dog, I know you wouldn't get him back lol, he is so adorable by the sounds of him.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

. We had a hedgehog last year, about september time and i left things to eat all the time and left a nice mess up a corner hoping it would nest there and looked at getting a house myself. The following weeks i saw him squashed up the road and it broke my heart. I hope we get another this year. I love their little faces.

That must have been heartbreaking. Had hedgehog earlier in year but disappeared. Now we have 5 star lodging for them was going to get in touch with local wildlife centre to see if they have any rescued hedgehogs that I can give a home to/ Fingers crossed:D:mad:0 -
hi there, maybe I can help - the 6 year rule you're referring to is under the Statute of Limitations Act 1980 - this rule applies when going to court in that a court will not support any claim over 6 years ago - so if you were taking the court route you'de have to start proceedings before November 2002 (there is a section of the above mentioned act which allows a claim to go ahead beyond 6 years but it is not without risk)
First Plus have 8 weeks in which to respond to a complaint - this is set out in the Financial Service Authority's handbook on dealing with complaints. If they go beyond the 8 week period you can complaint to the FOS on that aspect aloneDS1 12/10/04
DS2 13/07/06
DD1 06/12/070 -
Does this mean that the FOS can look at complaints older than 6 years old?
He said to me that they go by the six year rule, the three year rule and when you actually became aware too although i think this will be if one was to pay off another????0
