Rang, I asked to speak personally to the director and/or compliance dept, told them that its not on being fobbed off, and getting in touch with the media !!
They tried to reassure me that someone will get back, and I said I will not give up no matter what it takes.
Also another email sent !The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

I have spoken to someone different again, and they say they are busy in compliance and I said this is VERY IMPORTANT, and I'm sure they are just telling us they will get in touch, the usual fob off !!
Checking emails all the time and spam box just in case but nothing !!!
I don't think they finish until 6:30pm so okay there is still time yet, but does it make you wonder why they cannot respond ??:rolleyes:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Loan amount £63000
PPI amount £15718.50
APR 7.9%
Monthly payment £590.35 (til interest rates went up!
Loan commenced May 2006
Topped up in Oct 2007 new loan (not explained)
£67255.08 of first loan plus £12475 plus PPI £19960 (really saved me money NOT)
APR 10.9%
If i cancel I get £2450 rebate.
Claim is for mis selling of both.
ppi is approximately 19.96% of premiums paid against the £590.35 or £117.83 (which if you'de gone to full term would have been a whopping £35350.16) if you paid 17 premiums this would have been £2003.11
How much rebate on early settlement did they give you for the insurance ?0 -

marshallka wrote: »This is terrible practice from a company. They say they will respond and then not even bother to get back. It is not treating customers fairly and i realy hope they read these posts on here because something needs doing about it. I would make another complaint about this alone. Also perhaps a little complaint of another kind to any other organisations they may be in. What about the AFB for instance.I remember Bespoke and Freedom both displayed this on their letterheads and i rang them. I wonder if you could perhaps make them aware of what is happening. Can't do you any harm.;)
Yes that is a good idea, even hubby said about contacting the AFB.
Now then who would I actually contact within that group hun, any idea ?
Cheers.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

I contacted the director about Bespoke. I told them that they are displaying this on their letterheads and i wondered if they thought it was good practice to have a company treating customers as they do and the fact that they are associated with them. Like i say can't do you any harm just to let them know what is happening.
I know these work for other side but if that was me then i would want to know. Any genuine person would...0 -

Thanks hun, and of course the director is also a member of the AFB and sure they will know who he is, I just have on my mind that they will back him up, what do you think ?
I shall fire away an email to the first guy in the pic, or the other, any suggestions on which one or doesn't it matter ?
Cheers
