It does no harm to ask here or have you already been down this route. If not i would certainly ask.:D
At the same time i would just keep on at this new click all the time. I would not give up, just keep on and on. Let them know you are NOT going away.
Yep hun, we had already done this and the complaint was returned from the FOS via "END", we also mentioned on the complaint form at the time about Click had dissolved, still the FSA seem not to tolerate what these companies like what Click have done and still doing, so after writing that email to them today, I await an answer, if this is not sorted out I will definately contact the FSA or just do this anyway.;)

Came across this on the FSCS website, so I take it as myself and others have gone through these to try to reclaim our losses through these so called liquidized companies, they will be investigated first before a payout if eligible:

Something needs doing about these Phoenix Firms. It should not be allowed at all. If a company goes into liquidation then the directors should not be allowed to be directors of another firm until all issues complaints regarding the first firm are settled. Who allows this to happen.
ps never heard of them til tonight but i want to shout about it.

I agree hun - its all sooooo wrong......
They have got away with it for so long now, they won't stop there either.
I think going by that email sent earlier today they may have an idea of what I'm getting at now, I hope it makes them think.;)

PS as regards the old lady (that had a family) i would have told her to inform her family of it and see if they could perhaps help. If that was my family i would want to help..and be informed to.:D[/quote]
Fortunately, we wrote to the lender requesting information about this particular account. For some reason the fact that we requested the information from them prompted them to review her file and decide that they would let her off the final 14 months of her £200 per month payments. What generous people they are.
So the lady kept her dignity and her independance. A win wouldnt you say?I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
However, I have since seen the light.0 -
