Well my B/card statements have come through and I have 3 narratives on charges:

    1) Payment Protection Plan
    2) Barclaycard, Card Protection
    3) Accident Death Cvr

+ of course 'Late Payment Charge' ... which i know is reclaimable

So are the listed 3 reclaimable and should i send a separate letter for each of the 3 or lump them in 1 claim?
The payment protection is the one from here and perhaps the accidental death cover too (was this payable as a lump sum or monthly??) and the card protection is usually a one off payment to cover losing your card, so i would say that the only ones are 1 and 3. Maybe someone esle could clarify this as well. Also how were these paid. Was it just a monthly payment and what dates etc???

What is reason for misselling?? Did you not opt for any of these??

Hi, thanks for your post ......

All 3 quoted were debited monthly between 2003-2006 ... to be honest I can't remember whether or not i opted for these or not.

Do you feel you were missold these and if so just send the first template letter off here and wait for their reply. One letter should be enough to cover them all as its all for the same card.

Also is mse sloooowwww to anyone today again. Its terrible for me.

I thought the card protection would be a one off payment. Go for the other two if you feel you were missold.

Defo feel I was mis-sold as I can't recall agreeing to it ... should that be reflected in the wording (i know there are various formats/angles of attacks - just wanted to get that side of it right)

In the template letter just put that you did not agree to this product being added and you feel it was added without your consent. There are various reasons on the template and you can sift through them and take out/put in your reasons etc. If you get stuck just give us a call. Good luck

    Hello there everyone.....;)

Sorry I have not posted up to now, I did not feel all that good yesterday, so will try to catch up today.;)

I have been back and forth reading all your very helpful posts, so thanks to Sarah, Marshallka, Singlep and Tiggrae helping get through this, its a tough one I know, and I appreciate everything you have all done for me....;)

Thanks for your amazing letter Sarah I had taken a copy and have noticed more tweaks since, so will go through all this today, thank you.;)

The bit that confuses me is now who to forward this too between the liquidators or the FSCS (compensation scheme) who said for me to forward the details yesterday by email and phone call.

I know Tiggrae did mention that the liquidators will only pay out so much, because I imagine the business creditors would have to be dealt with first with payouts.

Thank you all so much, going to post all my thanks now.;)
