Hi Di, I'll check the number for you tomorrow, just been on companies house and it's web site's not available 12midnight - 7am - typical government, never work after hours !!!

nite
I already tried those numbers for her a few days ago.:D

Nothing came up... It was strange:confused:

The first was a "steel company" and the second nothing.

Found further paperwork not a lot but when we had taken out the loan, I have yet another sort of click name, this is on the Mortgage Valuation Report which was instructed by " I Click Home Loans Ltd", cannot see any numbers or codes on that one though.

On another sheet telephone number: 01252 731 150
1 Click Loan Ltd.
Then in bigger writing "Click Finance".

On another piece of paperwork which was the secured loan application it states: Click Finance
www.clickfinance.net
info@clickfinance.net

but sure I did email that several times and received no reply and hubby tried ringing and there's no such number, but maybe worth me trying again in case he's mis dialling lol.

Cheers.
Di.
xx

Then the lender's Endeavour ref no: 0005265077.
Above this one it states from 'Sterling endeavour to Click.

Yes hun, July 2004 it was.;)

Now I'm sure I also signed before for something, maybe it was hubby, will try to check this out.

Going by the number above of the dissolved click, in the companies search I decided to check out the new click, the number for that is:
(04183791), there it confirms the old Click.
Annoying I think and shame I can't pursue through these.... .

Yep well worth the action on HFC I think hun.:D Thx.

So what you are saying is the old click dissolved and then opened a new click in another company reg number but still displaying the old click as a previous name. Surely they are not allowed to do that???

Thats what I thought too hun, when you have a minute please take a look and see if I'm right.........just in case cheers hun.;) (present number added in above link).
Even my older son said, someone has to be liable, my hubby has not got a clue, my son said if the company has dissolved them someone must have taken over the assets, not that of the liquidators, because these have to be sold on, and there would be many other customers too I imagine but I have not come across any yet. To me that would be the present company now who are responsible, what do you think ?

Cheers hun and I have one big headache over this right now, but am determined to get to the bottom of it.;)

Thank you so much.
