I would maybe give Freedom a ring today and tell them you need a SAR from them and give them the account number. They may then give you the Bespoke thing. They did me and then i still sent a request for the SAR but they have not replied as yet. Its so wrong for them to mislead people into believing they are dealing with a UK company when in fact they are dealing with Gibraltar. :mad:

Oh Laini, so glad you are here. I had Tiggrae on last night telling me that my claim will be statute barred soon so i need to get claiming but when i told the FOS they said to wait. Do you think they don't want me to waste my money as they know i don't stand a chance.

They told me about the ppi that i could not go through them and then today they have said this. I don't know what to do for the best.

Why not send FOS an email stating what Tiggrae said and they might fast track you plus state about anything else ie health issues financial hardship to go with your case plus they may have other info that they are working with but cant say so think positive as they say ' it comes to those who wait':j

yes i completely agree it is plain wrong. Is the enforcement email address in Gibraltar the only way to get them? What about the oft, fsa and fos? Surely its a breach of terms to mislead consumers in such a manner. I mean its my husbands claim because im a student nurse so im not covered, but he doesnt like causing trouble hence me doing all the claims for credit card charges and the ppi. But i am joint name on the loan. The total policy cost is £2,944 plus interest if we win. The ppi was added to the loan (and only covers 5 years) as was the so called 'broker fee' of £400 to Bespoke.

I have emailed for the fast track but not heard back yet. I don't want to put them off but its doing my nut not knowing if the ppi is an element of what they are sorting so i may have to email.

how long should i wait before i contact the bank as i sent them a letter to reclaim my PPI nearly 3 weeks ago and i still havent heard anything back from them?

How long did you give them. Some people say 8 weeks for a final response.

Just given Bespoke a ring for the first time but the person i want to speak to is in a meeting at the moment. I shall try again later.:D

I have emailed them now 3 times and each time requested a read receipt and i think they must of blocked my email or just deleted them.

Update, just called again as he is not responding to my emails and they have taken my number for him to call me back in 30 mins. (yeah sure:rolleyes: )
