I think every week they go over the four weeks to pay out to you they should pay £10.00 into your bank account:D:eek:0

I think the poster was on about the overdraft protection that allows you to make payments towards the overdraft in sickness and redundancy etc.
Lol, you beat me to it hun, I know I just checked it out a few mins ago and was about to post back about it.:D Cheers hunni...:D
If I was Graham then maybe he should still contact his bank and see what he can find out about this.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

I have everything crossed for you hunni I hope they can give you an affirmative answer here.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi every one.
Hope you are all well.
I am just seeking advice (yet again) about cancelling ppi.
I wrote complaining about mis selling and they wrote back with the usual blurb telling me not mis sold blah blah blah. Anyway they said i could cancel policy so I contacted company and asked to cancel policy.
Had a response offering me £120.00 rebate in full and final settlement of complaint.
I wrote back pointing out that this is for cancelling policy and as my complaint is with FOS for mis selling i would accept their offer as a part payment and that I understood this amount would be taken into consideration if FOS ruled in my favour about mis selling.
I had another letter saying that as I had rejected their original offer of £120 they would like to offer me £400 in full and final settlement of my compalint.
I have now written this letter and would like any advice before I send it.
WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Further to your letter dated *********, I would like to respond as follows.
I would like to once again confirm that my complaint has been forwwarded to the Financial Ombudsman Service with the respect to the mis sellin of this policy.
My recent correspondence with yourself has been about the cancellation of my policy.
I would like to accept your offer of £400.oo in closure of the matter of cancelling the policy.
I understand that this amount will be taken in consideration by the Financial Ombudsman Service regarding the mis selling of the insurance and this amount would be deducted from the total balance of the amount if i were to be successful in my claim for mis selling.
Yours sincerely0 -

I sent the full sar and they sent printed computer screens but no PPI info and no credit agreement though i have been advised that this will be with me at some point:rolleyes:
The Household bank flexible loan was taken out in Jan 2005 OH went into the branch as was struggling with payments their advice was to take out a further flexible loan (basically a credit card which threw him into further debt) to pay off the original debt with them and to use it to pay other debts. Then he was made to feel that PPI had to be added as he was a risk!! he was under pressure and did not question it
Hello there AC.:D
Now this one was it days just before jurisdiction do you know?
Maybe Marshallka could advise on this one hun but I do know this has been mis sold........
If over 40 days though and no SAR, even if they state it will be with you, I would defo get in touch with the ICO.;)
Hope your well hunni.:DThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

I would like to accept your offer of £400.00 but would like to point out that this is only in relation to cancelling my policy, not full and final settlement regarding the mis selling of my policy.0 -

Also if you had one loan in January, 2005 what was the date?? Also was the other loan to consolidate that loan and add more to it?? If so did you get a PPI rebate at the time??
Have you written in for the misselling on these two loans??0
