So if I have to take my Future Mortgages to the FOS can I put in two complaint forms at the same time one on rebate (2006) and one for mis selling (2003) in case the mis selling is not in their jurisdiction?

Thanks hun, so they did actually have a licence then I take it ?
Click Financial started up in 2005 (or that is when their licence ran from) and they applied in November 2004 for it. At the time CLick Finance was a trading name of Click Financial so it seems in the history. They were linked.

The address I was given was Central Capital ltd Watford Hertfordshire wd17 1 jj.

As I said I thought I dealt with Future Mortgages in 2003 but it must have been via Central Capital but all correspondance is Future Mortgages 2003

They have passed the complaint on to them so I will just have to wait and see, I suppose I am lucky they passed it on and didn't just say its not down to us.

    Cheers.
So basically then before that they did not have a licence for any activity but carried on anyway, even though under a different name ? Am I correct or have I got this wrong......

Good that they have passed this on for you, now I would not give them too long and give them a ring if you think its gone on too long and just to make sure they are dealing with your complaint.;)

I don't trust this "them passing it on for you". You need a copy for the FOS that you have complained to them so I would forward your own copy.

No, click finance had a licence 05-Aug-2001 until Lapsed on 04/08/2006. But its very confusing in that Click Finance WAS also a trading name of CLick Financial???

I've queried the missing 8% and they've said

"Our offer does not include an additional 8% interest that is mentioned on the various websites assisting customers with PPI complaints. You would only earn the 8% if you had placed your monthly payments into a savings account with a very generous rate of interest. As it stands we are not offering an additional 8%, however once we have the full calculations we can discuss further."

Am i definitely entitled to this or should i cut my losses? It's about £400.

Right - i've got my final offer.

    1) I'll be refunded the PPI payments to date - see below
    2) I'll be refunded the 8% interest to date - see below
    3) My loan will be rescheduled as if i've never had PPI.
