Payments commenced 01/11/03 and I cancelled PPI after March 2008 payment.

Tiggrae said that the calculations were correct for how much I should be refunded - I received payment by cheque.

When I telephoned L&S they said that I would still continue to pay the same monthly installments, but this would then reduce the loan term slightly - my estimate was

2055.53 / 110.81 = 18.55 therefore 19 months left to pay instead of 24 months. (my initial payments were £112.86 and reduced to £110.81 some time ago).

Hi there, what L&S have done is pay you back all the PPI even though you physically haven't paid ALL the PPI (ie you cancelled in March 2008) - therefore, your monthly repayments won't reduce

I have done all the working above and its correct in that janebo made £100 on top.

Hello Darlings, Finally after 9 weeks had a reply from Future Mortgages in regard to mis selling and they have past the buck and said it was sold to me by Central Capital LTD who I have never heard of and none of my paperwork mentions them.
Has anyone got any info on them?

I would check them out on FSA register and maybe Companies house, maybe a bit of information, reg number etc will come up so you can check out to see if they were covered, yet as its mortgages I am sure it will be okay.

Will see if I can find any details, add them here and maybe you could get in touch with them somehow.

OH no, not another Central Capital. This seems to be cropping up daily. They are actually based in Guernsey??
