Don't know about the Argos one. I didn't see that one. The Homebase one was still available on Sunday morning quite late.0

Purlease, move on! Did anyone really believe they would get a telly for 49p? Especially after it was posted on every forum?
Legal action? PatheticAuntie Savingsgirl 24/9/06 :j0 -
I don't think the TV is the issue any more. I think it's the fact that they have completely disregarded their own T&C and are being very high handed and supercilious about the whole thing.0

Has anyone had their card credited yet?
I got my letter a few days ago (didn't get an e-mail). My card was debited on 30 August, but no credit as yet.Debt free since December 2015. It can be done0 -

I'm not going to bother anymore though. If anyone has more problems with mispricing in the future it will definately be worth contacting trading standards about it,
Personally, being a fairly new MSEer I don't know about all the previous situations, but from now on I'll be more aware
But don't give up on mispricing. It happens, and sometimes it works. That's what this site is about ... honestlyI've bought 2 or 3
As long as you don't go into debt to get a misprice, what have you got to lose apart from time? The help comes from this site in some shape or form.
Don't pay any price you can't afford to lose, and don't order 100's.
One day you'll get a misprice or bargain ... I can practically guarantee it on this site0 -

SS, if you'd read my previous posts, you'd know I wasn't actually referring to wanting the tv for .49p. I was actually referring to the emails several of us have sent asking about the T&C's and why the money situation actually occurred after they sent cancellation emails out.:rudolf:0 -
I haven't had my credit card credited yet? Has anyone has their's credited yet?It costs nothing to be nice...:)

I'm starting to get a little riled by the amount of time it's taking Argos to refund - I could do with my money back, as I was close to my credit limit, and have seen a CD I want at CD Wow....0
