Any chance you could divert the pipe to a neighbours property, and let them worry about the plopage. It might be theirs any way....

Why not capture some in a jar, and then stick it on ebay as "random and unknown plopage" a brief description and rundown of the issue and you might make some cash, course you'd have to spend a penny on the fee. (sorry couldn't resist)

It wont cost me a penny I wont be specific here but In the past I have had fines I dissagreed with so simply told them to go F themselves and the subsequent baliifs and guess what? they binned it cos they was getting nowt out of me.

I am one... if not THE.... biggest rrse in britain...and there is not a chance in hell I will put in 1 minute of effort or 1 penny of my money to sort this out
