They've killed it off for good now...looking forward to my cancellation email on Tuesday, especially since I work for an extremely large retailer and know that they have to honour this price if they have taken the money off my card...
Only problem is, legally no-one will touch it because it's a very messy affair!Treat others as you would like to be treated :A0 -
i managed to order it i paid with cahoot credit card i notice the only taken out .49p not the delivery chargeput a limit of 6.00 on it we will see what happens the max they can take out is 6.00 ????stay lucky!

I got in early this am and paid by debit card - Money came straight out of my current account.
My understanding has been that they can send all the confirmations they like and it doesn't count until they take any money???
So they have taken the money from me, thus forming a contract????
Ah well - Don't ask, don't get, but not too hopeful in this instance :rolleyes:Noli nothis permittere te terere

We need to get clarification of whether they have formed a contract if the money has been taken out of our accounts. I didn't think to save the pages either, so if anyone could send them to me, I would be grateful... please pm...
Is there anyone who can answer this Q.... ?
Not too hopeful that they will come up with the goods, but it'll keep them busy...

Trying to find the best deals to save as much as we can..........0 -
They wont honour it even if thay have taken your money.......this case is similar to ebuyer mistake which was a bush tv set with DVD and stand going for about £28. Money was taken and then refunded. I was one of them. I dont know of anyone that got the bush set and that thread went on for weeks as well as months........ We know its an mistake but we still like to hope we will still get the bargain. So if you do get a cancellation accept it and move on.0
