  • 'ello all!

Well I did some ironing. More to do tomorrow.

I have swept & mopped the kitchen floor. Cat was disgusted at her food bowl being moved!!! She should have stayed sleeping!

    I have swished/swiped the bathroom.

    I feel good.

I feel a little bit in control of the cleaning/tidying rather than it being in control of me! :D

    Tomorrow.

Wash towels & hopefully line dry them.

    Clear a hotspot or 2.

    Do some ironing.

Clean bay windowsill of ds birthday cards & wash the window.

FILL UP SCREENWASH IN MY CAR.

    Cook Sunday dinner.

    Make pack ups for monday.

Swish & swipe bathroom & kitchen.

Night night Pink Fairy, enjoy that bath :) I'm looking forward to having one tomorrow if DP is home until late enough

Put all the laundry away for our room, DS1s and DS2s in a pile to be put away tomorrow, I need to pull some of DS1s too small stuff out, think I'll send them to his school as they are always needing spares. He came down in a tshirt which looked more like a boob tube so I think he's had a growth spurt lately :rotfl: but of course he's the smaller one (even if he's 2 years older) so hand me downs are the other way round here.

I've not actually looked at the weekend list this week :o I forgot, maybe I should look now while working out my list for tomorrow.
One day I might be more organised...........

I never get dog biscuits! It's sooooo unfair! I'm just going to chew on a bone instead :p DH will be home soon.

Dishes done, had a shower, house tidy once again, took DS1 and 2 to the park so DS2 could play with his electric bike thing, he thinks it's awesome! DS1 even had a go on his bike! Which is not liek him, but then I did bully him into it! Got a chook boiling to make stock better go see to it!

!!!!!!! Why does DH have to phone me every bloomin 5 mins to say he is finished, he is in the car, he is half way home! I tell ya, he is never going to catch me having an affair if he keeps this up! Mainly as I wouldn't have any time to do it.... Unless the guy happened to be Mr Ian A M Speedy, and what would be the point to that eh?

still plodding on last week's thread. havent even started this week yet
But its just so relaxing, reading up on everyone's lives :o

lil_me - well done postponing the course, you obviously know it was the right decision by the way its made you feel better now :T

nicki - Great to see you having some good luck come your way with the playstation and cash from council tax thingy :D You deserve it

lg - good to see you back

nicki and luby - my paperwork was in that state twice last year - didint do any for months and then I got pregnant and had dreafdul morning sickness so it pile up for even more months. It took ages to sort out but I persevered and now am totally on top of it. Its so worth doing, I can easily find most stuff now. I got a filing cabinet off freecycle which had been a huge help as its made filing stuff very quick and easy. Now its done I can keep on top of it really easily. The 15 minute thing really does work, at least it did for me.

DH went away this morning to the US for a week for work :(
When he goes it always makes me realise actually he does help a fair bit round here (I wont tell him that though LOL) and I really miss him.

Took the kids out to soft play this afternoon, due to the weather and the tail end of hols it was MOBBED. My friend who I was meeting got there 10 mins before us and got in ok, we arrived and they said they were full and we'd have to wait half an hour til they chucked out the previous coloured bands lot IYSWIM. So wait we did, another friend of ours turned up as well so that was nice chatting to her in the queue and my kids were so well behaved and never complained once, meanwhile there were tantrums erupting left right and centre not surprisingly. We had planned to stay for tea but they were closing early for some private hire thing so we all went to McDonalds instead, 9 of us :D
Got home bathed kids and put them all to bed, and have spent a very pleasant evening sorting some paperwork upstairs. A lot of it is in a basket in the front room for me to attack during the evenings this week while DH away. Normally just watch telly when he is here, he makes me lazy! And he hates me rustling papers when he's watching something LOL
Also watched two episodes of ER I had to catch up on. Still got one to go, then 2 episodes of Desperate Housewives, so that's me for the next couple of nights.

Right thats all the catch up for me, I need to feed LO and then go to bed ready for the onslaught of tomorrow. Have nothing much planned and can't face thought of a day in the house all day with the weeuns. So will probably nip out to Asda, we need bread and bananas. DS is supposed to buy something and count out the money all by himself for Maths homework so we will incorporate acquisition of a packet of maltesers or something, need to raid the change jar. Handing over a pound coin isnt really quite what they are looking for LOL

    So things to do tomorrow:

    - get school bag, PE kit and wellies ready for DS back to school
    - get swimming stuff ready for DD swim lesson
    - packed lunches
    - sort shoes and coat to return to Asda
    - DS maths homework of numbering and sorting toys
    - DS maths homework of counting and sorting cuboid boxes
    - DS maths homework of counting out money to buy something
    - pay Asda credit card
    - post Anniversary card for M&D
    - post gym fees for kids
    - send payment to window cleaner
    - AutoAid membership
    - legal cover fees
    - organise £4 for DS school trip to Pizza Hut
    - HHI
    - HHE
    - sort out purse
    - catch up bit more on the old threads

ooh yeah almost forgot- breaking news - DD who is 3 and a 1/2 has FINALLY agreed to wear big girl pants and not nappies :j :j She is doing really well, we started on Thursday, she's had a few accidents but mostly just takes herself off to the potty and does the business. I am SO relieved and SO proud of her :D Every time she does something on the potty she gets a sweet - and so does DS so he thinks its marvellous :rotfl: She wont get on the big loo though so am having to cart potty everywhere we go. Today though we had a breakthrough and she has gone on the big loo with the little training seat thing, so at least that is easier to cart around - the potty we were taking was massive as its a fancy one with sides and a back etc, and she is so tall for her age she can't sit on a little one properly.
In 2 days she had prgressed further than DS did in about 20 months :rotfl: :rotfl:

Really am going now. Night all
