Hi,
I got my sim awhile back & registered online.Texts should be added to your sim within 14 days.
I waited & waited then went into Orange shop in town.
The advisor was stroppy but rang to find out for me.
I had to speak to man on phone.He asked if i had my code that was sent to my mobile & i said no & it didnt work when i entered it online.
Gave him name & address I registered with & mobile number.
Took 10 mins ,He apologised and texts were credited to my account immediately.....Worth a try!!!0 -
