Very interesting Mr Bond !!!!!

What would be your strategy on such a venture !! Do you have a cunning plan (so much so that you could stick a tail on it and call it a fox) and foolproof plan :D , or do you just bung them a stack of vouchers and hope for the best  ?

Do you expect me to talk !! No Mr Tesco's I expect you to give me a rather expensive piece of equipment for a wad of useless vouchers ! :rotfl: :D

Absolutely my dear friend I find it better to leave them less shaken than stirred! Best to feed them coupons and charm in equal amounts! Remembering of course the less experience the less resistance towards your cunning goal!

ideas needed for what to do with the cereal.

Have used them 50/50 in cheesecake base, and chocolate crispies. Am going to experiment with making cereal bars as well, will post receipe if they come out ok.

Tesco Healthy Eating 'Red' Cheese - £1.29 on packet, £1.17 on shelf (there was a 'NEW' tag on the label). No problems at CS.

I have got soooo much cheese in my fridge at the moment!!

  • i managed to get long dates on them all - I need to clear some of the beef in gravy first !!! (and there's a very big duck taking up room too, and I'll have to eat the gammon this week !!)

Can you freeze the Diet/Healthy eating cheese as well as normal cheese?

  • Tesco at Tovil, Maidstone were relabelling early this morning.
The large gammons at £8.48 were being relabelled on the shelf
with £7.97 after scanning each product. Does ths mean that
the till will scan at the shelf price of £7.97 and not the higher price
on the product? I was unable to check this with a self scan.
I guess the only way to be certain of a freebee is to prescan.
A lot of the meat products were getting the same treatment.

I just checked on google, apparently you can freeze hard cheese fine but it might be more crumbly after defrosting so possibly better for cooking. If anyone gets reduced or free parmesan, it is actually better to grate from frozen.

Hi! I was in Tesco this morning and noticed these labels were wrong aginst product but unfortunatly they do appear to be scanning at lower priced shelf label not higher price on product, thought I was finally going to get some gammon! Never mind always stuff to be had thanks to Tesco :D
