It was the first time i managed to find anything and didn't think I would be in luck as the cheese had yellow stickers on with the new price. The c.s. lady couldn't have been more helpful mind you she could probably tell that I was new as I was beetroot colour and she could probably hear my heart thumping! BTW do they normally keep your receipt as they kept mine?
They have no right keeping your receipt as that is your record of the transaction and they are required by law to provide you with one, they could always take a copy if they need it for refund records but the original receipt is YOURS.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
Great spot on the Nivea guys. Nice to finally find something which us non-meat-eaters can enjoy as well! I also had my first experiment with a Joey and it worked a treat - went to the youngest male checkout guy - and paid 7p for my shopping with 3 clubcard points as well.
What is the lowest spend on top of the vouchers which you think it is safe to get away with? I don't think I will get away with a 7 pence one again!0 -
I got outbid on some joey vouchers on ebay £12.00 worth went for £4ish, was out when it closed or I would have put in a higher bid. Never mind will have to pop over to Asda and get some packets.

its only the plain cereal thats on BOGOF at asda but they are not even marked as on offer, stock up whilst you can, ideas needed for what to do with the cereal.Another day another R&R
kindly sponsored by tescos.

I have cleared my local ASDA's shelf of JOEY cereal, over the past few days. Managed to use around 10 so far, on my overcharge shops, and have another 20 or so in 'stock'. No problem at all using them so far, not even a question, I am totally confused
but happy that they accept them, :j still don't understand what tesco's gains by letting me use them. I just hand over the voucher and cash/credit card and continue packing, and always choose the youngest, most carefree looking chap, (if I see one). Cereal ain't to bad either at 2 for 1.78. :T
Does anyone have an exact policy for vouchers, saw a thread yesterday, checkout lady from Mr T's, said they had been all told that exact policy which went along the lines of ...... 1/3 total spend allowed, vouchers can be used when don't buy product (one of each type (ie not 10 joeys)). Can't remember exact thread but she posted it fairly recently.
I find it a bit strange that I have had not problems at all yet others have been refused ??
Does anyone know what the stance would be on these if I went into Mr T's, and bought a PSP for £180, do you reckon I'd be able to use £60 worth of vouchers (or maybe even more). Has anyone ever bought non-grocery item and used a stack of vouchers.0
