  • Yay, I am glad you agree with me Quoia. I loved the chair. Wouldn't have minded road testing it with Mr Clooney...

Has anybody seen the Rocker yet? I had tickets for last night but was unable to go as I had to work late.

I actually got the tickets months ago, and as its drawn closer I've found myself less bothered about watching it. just curious about whether I should be regretting it
  • i went to see burn after reading last night and had to say i thought it was a poor movie, few funny moments yes, but not a good movie imho, Brad Pitt stole the show he was rather amusing

going to see rocker tonight will let you know what i think da1seggy

    Just back from The Rocker.

An amusing romp that I enjoyed far more than last night's Burn After Reading.

A bit "School of Rock" with a smidge of "Uncle Buck" - nothing that taxes the brain at all, will never be a blockbuster or a classic but I left the cinema feeling good with a smile on my face.

    7/10

The Rocker was quite amusing so I'd recommend that jape if you fancy a night at the cinema and just want something to see.

I wouldn't say the same about Burn After Reading, tho. It was good in a bumbling way but the story could've been delivered better regardless of the cast list to boost it up.
Wait for it to come out on DVD. At a friends house.

I doubt it. Comes out next week on Wedsnesday or Thursday I believe.

With all chains taking record pre-bookings for this film, they will class it as a film thst they will not have to sell by word of mouth at preview screenings.

    Burn After Reading

I would rate this only 3.5 out of 10.......if I knew the film was going to be like this I wouldn't have really made an effort to watch eventhough it was free =S

there were parts that were funny....only because of Brad Pitt + George Clooney otherwise this serious mixed with comedy isn't my thing
