Hi,
'MariaLionza' left details in the competiton thread - does anyone know exactly what kind of enquiry would qualify for the 2 free cinema tickets ?

Chrisyou know when you're getting older - the wife says, "let's go upstairs and make love" and you reply, "I can't do both" !!0 -
My OH enjoyed it but I didn't like the movie very much. A few laughs from the audience throughout the showing though only the pumping chair set me off.
All in all, I'd rate it a 6 out of 10.0 -
I have 2 tickets to see Ghost town in Cardiff Odeon at 10.30 sunday which i can no longer use. If anybody wants them then pm me
(sorry if this seems like chat, I am giving away free tickets so technikly I feel I'm ok!)0 -

I would rate this only 3.5 out of 10...........There are 10 types of people in the world. ‹(•¿•)›(11)A104.28S94.98O112.46N86.73D101.02(12)J130.63F126.76M134.38A200.98M156.30J95.56J102.85A175.93

Bwahah! I was reading too quickly - 3.5 is a rating you'd sooner expect when there's a maximum of 5 stars!travellingbum wrote: »My OH enjoyed it but I didn't like the movie very much. A few laughs from the audience throughout the showing though only the pumping chair set me off.

BAR?
Yes it is BAR. The clue was the "only the pumping chair set me off." reference
But if you've not seen the film ........
As I put it in my post for BAR
Disappointing - only 5/10 - and 4 of these are for George Clooney's DIY workshop built leisure chair that gave the performance of the entire film.
I think there should be a new Oscar awarded for performances by inanimate objects - the chair gets it for this year.
So you can update the scores on the doors ..

Hey,
The guy at Whiteleys wouldn't let me in to see BAR yesterday because he said it was "full" (arrived at 6:25 which is admittedly later than I usually leave it, but still within the time frame!).
I got the ticket via the tellten link and this has never happened to me before with seefilmfirst in all my time of moneysaving cinema-ing. Boo. Anyone else have this problem?
Feel a bit better about missing out now it has been so poorly reviewed by everyone else though!0 -
Yes thecrab, that has happened to me too, funnily enough at Whiteleys when I went to see the Duchess. Didn't get there too late but apparently it was full. I think they use the small screens for the free viewings so it is risky getting there fairly late - however I have been to see free screenings at Whiteleys on different occasions and it has been less than 50% full. I think the big names in certain films draw more people out in general.
I saw BAR on Sunday, through Screenbookings and I thought it was quite good. I enjoyed the acting and Brad Pitt was funny. I'd give it an 8/10.0
