I can't believe I just received a phone call telling me that I won Kung Fu Panda at the IMAX. I missed the film because I 've been going to concerts most of the time since is "Summer" (or so they call it) and I have missed many films lately apart from the ones I NEVER WON, like Mamma Mia, etc. But I was debating myself between using my Coke tkts on it , TG I didn't, so I still have some left... not many but we'll get there...where?:rotfl:

I would suggest anybody who has been let down by the film time changes should do 3 things.

    1. Complain directly to head office of the cinema chain that was showing the film with details of what happened and what was said to you.

This will help the HO realize there is a problem, if it's happening else where or too much at one site, it will help to sort it out quicker.

Go to their web site to get head office contact information.

    2. Compain to the sender of tickets eg. SeeFilmFirst ect.

    3. Go to http://launchingfilms.co.uk/links/index.html . Most of the major film compaines website details are here. This will enable you to find out their contact details.

If you don't complain it will never get sorted out.

You are a customer, even though you got a free ticket. And of course the companies want you to come back again! (Hopefully paying next time :) )

I saw wildchild last week in southampton, had to wait half hour to get into the cinema as there was still another film showing! anyway i quite enjoyed the film it had a few funny moments though would be aimed more at younger people ie 12-16 i would give it 7 out of 10. i really want to see baby mama so annoying no freebies near me :(
