You could double your money in a year of Matched Betting as described in the particular forum on this site and then buy 2 of whatever you can buy with 50k. Yeh, it sounds like something to be ashamed of but once you can get past that and understand what to do, you can quite easily make an additional income of thousands of pounds per year and that's starting off with as little as £100. Not the best area by reputation but they have sold off alot of land to private developers so it is not as bad as once was
