Personally I wouldn't put £50K into a property during the current climate. I'd sooner invest it in shares and, if I wanted to buy a property, shop around at a later date. Alternatively, if you wanted something safer, just a high interest savings a/c.0

i cant put it in shares at bank ect. long story but short and sweet. hubby affair . left took half the house, ive had to give up my home with kids, we now moving into rented. i work but dont earn enough so will have to use 50k to live till it runs out, bang goes my daughters uni money and my future, unless i can tie it up in bricks and mortor, you can all judge me all ya like i coudlnt give a monkeys bum! lol but didnt fancy using everything ive worked for and still work for pooring my kids education down the drain, something wrong with the goverment when u cant even secure your own kids school future, but thats a whole new subject!!, thx for imput guysYou're not drunk if you can lie on the floor without holding on0

divorce.........horrible thing, but alas im 50k up. now need to invest it, asap, i obviously would like to buy a property that i could straight away rent out. even better find a company that would find the property for me and rent it out for me<if theres such a thing> if not there should be as i dont fancy traveling half way across uk viewin. can u buy anythign for 50k? thats rentable? and are there companys that find propertys for you ect ect
