Yes, I spoke to them earlier, and all being well, it looks like she might be able to start a week on Wednesday, providing we can sort out a couple of settling in visits before then.

Only thing is, I've no childcare for this Wednesday, but I will have a chat to my manager at work tomorrow and see if there's a way I can slide my shift, or work Monday/Tuesday instead of Tuesday/Wednesday.

    Hi Snags

Wol2 here....not averse to writing the odd (rather successful letter) in the past myself.

Have been lurking, really felt for you and wanted to have written letter/spoken template for you earlier today but missed the deadline. (i.e, didn't log on til after 9am today to discover developments...what am I like:rotfl: )

Will study thread of last 24 hours...and put template letter up over the weekend....take if/adapt it/ignore it at your leisure/preference. Don;t wish to intrude...but think I may have something to offer....as letter writing is one of my skills :o

Would help to know what your primary and secondary aims are..

    e.g
    get your money back
ensure it is not you who are being the difficult party
    etc etc

PM me with yor aims if you can as would be helpful.

    Big hugs
    Wol2

Oh, thanks very much Wol, that's really kind. I have done a letter, which I need to alter in view of the last conversation I had with them, but if you wouldn't mind taking a look, that would be great. I'll warn you, it's rather long though....as you probably know, my (unintentional) philosophy is 'why use 1 word when 47 will do'. :o
