I just had DS3 20 minutes late coming out of school and he was bawling the place down.. and has continued all the way home.. what a lovely start to the weekend! He didn't understand the homework by all accounts and the teacher explained it to him and has confused him even more so he is being horrific..
Tiddles is really tired so she is crying too.. I think she needs feeding now so she can go straight to bed while I feed the others..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Thanks so much for all your support this week ladies, thankfully the health scare is just a scare and nothing sinister going on at present.
But one good thing has come out of it - a real heart to heart with DH, and I suspect it has changed how I feel about many many things. I am going to try and use it as a positive step and not dwell on what could have happened.
Life is about today and the here and now, its not a rehearsal for tomorrow.
So in that vein - I have an hour left child-free - let's see what I can do...
MoamAlthough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.
Snowball says too far away, working hard to bring it forward.0 -

Magnesium is for PMS! :j I take wellwoman original (asda at £6.50 for 30) which has Evening Primrose, starflower oils, iron and 80%RDA magnesium. It takes a week to kick in. For me it helps with PMS, the morning sickness symptoms I get during it and the mood swings. It's also changed my cycle from 7 days to about 3-4 light days. Seems to work well with the coil.
I started on one that was very high magnesium, but asda stopped selling it, so switched to the wellwoman one.
Don't get the magnesium tablets that morrisons sell, they are horrid! Leave a taste in your mouth all day
*rushes off to make note on shopping list to buy wellwoman from Asda*
Sounds just like me. I used to have a 5 day light cycle, then after DD2 was born I had IUD fitted and now I have an awful week the week before being moody, snappy and irritable then spend the whole of my now 10-14 day period feeling exhausted. Its not even the one with hormones in it. I bought an iron supplement yesterday to see if it helps with the tiredness so I'll see how it goes. (not taken it yet though as its a liquid one so I don't feel sick with it and I take it with fresh orange juice as Vitamin C helps absorb the iron).0 -
