The €10 will be on VoIPBuster, if you install VoIP Cheap, you will have no credit on there and will need to register with VoIP Cheap and add credit.
Same way as you would if you had two SIMs for your mobile phone, you could add credit to the one, but it wouldn't suddenly appear on the other when you swap over. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -
Thanks for your reply. So i suppose its best to keep voipbuster. Is it true that voipcheap doesnt work with X-lite software that im using to receive calls only? so i cant use them together like i can with buster? Also ive bought a voip Usb phone of ebay for 99p, are they anygood? I keep seeing threads about buying adapters and cordless phones which would be expensive.0

I have set up Voip Buster/voip cheap and am able to use my headset to make calls. I then signed up for a telephone number and called myself which i can do no problems.
So the next stage is i want to use my router Lynksys wrt54g(I think) to connect my cordless phone up. So what is it i need to do?
I have to buy the little adapter thingy which i will do today.
I read that i need a normal telephone line? Is that right? As i dont have one.
Fantastic thread guys

Find the actual 01 or 02 number the 0845, 0870, 0871 numbers land on and dial those instead, https://www.saynoto0870.com may have the numbers you are after. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... MercilessKiller wrote:No. Skype uses a messenger system so you call a user name, not an ID.
Sipgate uses User Identification Keys, thus you can not call free between them as far as I am aware.
As for the phone number thing, at the option screen to configure your account, click "change phone number" and your given the option of area code, 0870 or 0845.
Everyone else had
However if you use Pulver communicator which free world dial up use then although as SIP provider you can actually use this to contact MSN and ICQ AND YAHOO users0 -
