I was thinking of buying those puppy training sheets to help me train my 10 week old puppy. Do you think they work?

I'm training a 10 week old puppy at the moment and having about 80% success. I was thinking of buying those puppy training pads to leave down at night and when I have to go out. Are they worth the money and do they work?

    I'm sceptical of them.

In my mind, you are teaching the puppy to wee/poo on the training pad. At some point you then have to train it to wee/poo outside, unless you want to buy pads forever. Therefore I've never bothered with the pads, and just trained puppies to go outside from the start.

I'd be interested to see the reasons as to why they might work though.
Here I go again on my own....

The original thread that squeaky mentioned earlier has come back onto the front page of the In My Home board, so I am going to move this one over there and merge them together.

I just got a free one from the vets in a goody bag when I just took her for a vaccination. I've put it on the floor and all shes done is try and play with it at the moment.
