Oh! Marley & Me - get the Kleenex! (Or RTC tissues...) I am trying to stop DD2 reading this as age 11 - it should have a "more than mild peril" warning..

Haribo - glad your !!!!!'s okay! (Note to self, I am not Mrs Slocombe) :rotfl:

OS wise I have been to w8rk and gone around grinning because they value me more than I thought - see yesterday.. ;)

I loved Marley and Me, but it's definitely a two box of tissues book :o Morwenna, I would probably let your daughter read it, as it is a great book, but just warn her how it ends.

Haribo, glad you cat turned up, mine is 17, and she disappears and we worry, then like yours, she just appears
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D

Metherer - 30hours over four days is my work pattern and a couple of months ago I had to go in on my non-working day - it nearly killed me - took ages to feel back to normal In my situation if i worked full time the taxcredit man would take away what the employer giveth - all but about £250 per year so all in all I decided it was worth it to have a lovely monday off

Looked at my bank account and have noticed that exoh seems to have put the maintenance up by £50 - yay. Still a bit short of the £481 that the csa calculator says I'm entitled to but better than nowt

Our healthy eating plans have gone a bit beggared up tonight - I'd forgotten that I had a comittee meeting at the after school club so it's egg and chips for tea instead of the pesto vegetable soup thingy that was planned

Glad that naughty cat came back haribo

have a good evening everyone - will catch up properly later
I'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 2008

HARIBO - so glad you found your cat! I loved RedRuby's picture!

I haven't read all the thread but will do later.

Well, (((hugs)) to all in need; I've just had a bath and I'm going to sit and watch Hotel Babylon that I recorded earlier. See you tomorrow!

There's no need to punish him that much Haribo. You can be so mean sometimes. :D

Lovely sunny day here this morning. XDIL called last night and she's hurt her ankle. Has asked me to look after DGS today & tomorrow. Her loss is my gain. :D I shall try and not give her examples when I was at death's door and looked after 3 kids. ;)
    Well that's what XMIL's do. :D

Granny Enjoy the day at the zoo. Nice change from buffing the tiles. ;)
Hev  like Bzl must go and see the thread. :D

Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

Had a very busy day at work today -financial year end

We had some lovely burritos for dinner - yummy.

I am turning into a really slummy mummy :o just can't get motivated. Managed to put a load in the WM and get it dried, made a loaf in the BM, cooked tea and washed up (not tonight's stuff though :o ) Someone please give me a kick up the bum :D

Haribo - glad your kitty kat's returned home
Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )
Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)
