Hi again,
Found my money - it was all in the exchange so not bad. done couple of more bets so should have a free bet tomorrow to ponder about.
Forgot to say earlier that I have changed my mind about that small holding. I am going to go around the world and work in different animal sanctuaries instead. I shall start HERE

Today has been like wading thro treacle and it has taken me the best part of the day to do some paperwork re the job issue.
Good: Free carton of grape juice from Granny.
Better: Lovely long walk again today with H2B, who is all masterful now he's the main breadwinner.
Best: DS is lying on the sofa and giggling and giggling. Mind you he's reading about people being struck by lightning and having their shoes vapourised off their feet.
What's the name of the book he's reading? It sounds just the thing for my friends daughter for Christmas!0 -
Yes looby-loo, that's the thread. Hope you've got it Sophiesmum Makes you drool doesn't it?:rotfl:
What a beautiful sunny day here. After taking DS to school and getting sleepy-head OH from the land of nod. I shall be sorting through OH's lock-up for stuff for my car-boot this weekend. He's handing the keys back to the council to save himself an extra £18 pm. The lock-up is about 3 miles away and we have a garage here, although neither of us use it, as I have a large drive to park on.
I need to make some money to contribute to my part of the bills, and to pay off my loan. I have the money for my two credit cards, stoozing in the bank and they wil be paid off when the 0% runs out. Sept. and Nov. of this year. Then It's just the loan. The plan is to pay that off by Nov. next year, but I will have to find an extra £1000 pm to achieve that.:o
At NYK's suggestion, I think that the only place I can cut back on is the gas and leckie. So I will be keeping tabs on that starting today. Any tip's would be greatly received.
I'll let you know what goodie I find in the lock-up:DLiving a frugal retirement without treading on the planet :T

Hello everyone,
I hope it's going to be sunny ish here today as my son wants me to take him to a field full of cows today..which he can see when he looks out of our living room window.. I have no idea how far away it is or how i get thereBut i will take him, hopefully there is a field nearer to the one he has seen from the window.. Im pretty sure he wont know its not the one that he REALLY wants to go to.. am i mean?? :rotfl: :rotfl:
At 1.30pm today i have to take my son over the road to "big school" for 1 hour to get him use to school enviroment.. I have to drop him off then go home  I know he will be fine and just walk in and not bother that im going..but its so UNFAIR..i dont want him to go big school. I wish he could wait a year. If anyone saw my son you would say he is tiny for a boy who is starting school in september..Im having to special order his school trousers as uniform shops only start at 2-3/3-4 and my son is in 18-24months and still then he needs a belt
My son didnt wet bed last night :T :T I have told him for each time he does not wet i will give him 20p..apperently he is saying up for a bunk bed :rotfl: :rotfl: Do you think 20p is a bit tight for a 4year old?
Only problem now is that i have no change in my purse and im going to have to draw a £10 out to give him 20p
I have put the washer on and dryer, about to have a ciggie and then get the children in the bath. Then try and find this field later on about 11ish..might take some sandwhiches with us and have them by the field :rotfl: Then take the children to canal by the side of botany bay and feed the ducks, back home and then to big school. I have not been in any shops for ages but still spent loads..need to re do my budget and put whats left into savings. Also need to ring E-On as for some reason my DD has not come out and my bill online says i owe £0.00. Also my previous supplier hasn't given me a final bill.Sealed Pot dec 08 - dec 09 so far £27.67, Live off £4k Spent £330.20 GC £1,200 for 2009 Spent £50.78 PaD so far £650.07Debts: L/woods £154.00 C/One PAID O/D £649.90 Next £299.95 O/D PAID Gas £72.60 Electric £155.73 Mum £640.00 Orange £490.320 -

Okay i have rambled on about nothing again.
I best go before you all get bored of me.
Im back again, im just wondering how much on average is a electric and gas bill quartley? I have chosen to do this but might go back to Direct Debit of £50 a month for both.
I have just rang Orange up and my estimated bill for next month is £68, £35 of that is my contract charge and the rest is where i have rang 0845 numbers as i no longer have a house phone. I seriously need to make more money but i just dont know how.Sealed Pot dec 08 - dec 09 so far £27.67, Live off £4k Spent £330.20 GC £1,200 for 2009 Spent £50.78 PaD so far £650.07Debts: L/woods £154.00 C/One PAID O/D £649.90 Next £299.95 O/D PAID Gas £72.60 Electric £155.73 Mum £640.00 Orange £490.320 -

I got the calculator out to work out if I can do this £2000 for 6 months (I obviously have more than that coming in though) and I don't think it's possible.
I must be doing something wrong cos I worked out after my DDs I'll only have £272.00 a month to live onthat's £10 a week for 27 weeks
Someone PLEASE tell me I've done something wrong!!:(0 -

Actually, it's not a book. It's a Reader's Digest magazine. So it's true stuff, not made up that he's laughing at. Horrible child, lol!
