Ooh, crikey, if anyone has a £1 room that they can't use within the next 3 weeks, that would be awesome! Trying to get down to London to see my new baby niece, but I don't have a job and funds are running low before my new one starts x_x

It doesn't really work like that.

What happens is at a given time (usually mid-day or 1pm) on a given day the £1 sale will start. People are informed of this in an email from the Hoxton. The £1 sale usually has 5 rooms available at £1 every night for the given time period (often 2 months) then there are a further 5 rooms (every night for the given time period) at £29.

On the day of the sale (possibly a day or 2 before) a countdown timer appears on the Hoxton Website and you cannot book the rooms till the countdown ends.

Then what usually happens is the website crashes because so many people are trying to book a room!
