I'm not going to move anything, what we have will barely make £100 to be honest..the pc is very old, and we only have broadband at the moment because it is free as part of our package.Membre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0

you are so right. I am amazed at how many people have taken the time to offer advice and support when I so much need it..
but then I have been mse'ing for a while and know there are a lot of good people on here.Membre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0 -
I see what you mean about getting all psyched up about dealing with him today & now you're going to have to got through it all again tomorrow. How frustrating! On the plus side, he's probably realised he's not going to get a lot out of you, so is concentrating his energies elsewhere. It's his job to get you to trust him, so don't be taken in by any of it. Don't forget this bloke does this for a living - ie he gets paid to put the frighteners on pregnant women, he doesn't do it out of the goodness of his heart!
You're doing really well, don't give up now!0 -
No I won't give up, have decided to call his office in the a.m and confirm they got my documents then ask him to refer to them.
Just spoke on the phone with an mse'er which gave me a much needed boost- just nice to hear a voice of reasuurance as I cannot really let my family or friends know the extent of this (too proud!)
Would like to reiterate to her how kind it was to offer, and how much it helps(seems a small thing to you guys probably but meant a lot to me)
I will keep all of you updated on this situation..and anymore advice wil be very much appreciated!Membre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0 -
Not at work tomorrow but will try to catch at some point.
Will sort out stuff we talked about early next week ok. Got your PM so have details now.
Best of luck tomorrow, don't let him in no matter how nice he is to you .. ever heard the saying 'wolf in sheeps clothing'?
I'm sure he's a really nice guy to his own family but you need to look after yourself right now and that doesn't include letting him in.

Phew just caught uop with everything since this morning.
Starlite, you are not being wrongly paranoid - these ************* do come round at night - so do not be caught off guard - or as mentioned before when your OH is coming back in.
For the 100th time - DO NOT LET HIM IN - They do not know the meaning of honour or agreement so take that with a deadsea load of salt ( if you know what I mean)
Which council is it? I have a number of senior contacts in local councils adnn may be able to bring such a situation to their attention - obviously at this sytage not alluding to your identity at all - I dont know it!!
Take care - try and relax as much as possible - baths and foot and hand massages which you can do yourself are great.
And I would buy your hand made baby blanlkets0 -
Hi...'lifesachallenge' indeed.
Can't believe we have gotten ourselves into this mess at the worst time possible
I have had a couple of hot chocolates and biscuits..very comforting! just hop he doesn't come round today
I will certainly take up the ebaying idea, and maybe offer to others at my antenatal classes to make personalised ones for them?
I have succesfully made maternity clothes too..but i used fairly expensive material (vintage stuff that my gran had in her attic..most amazing!) and spent a lot of time on it so I'm not sure i coould profit from making such garments.Membre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0 -

2 my best friends are midwives and will always say that stress is the worst thing for mum and baby - way worse than the odd tipple, or evben smoke ( though certainly not condoning smoking ) so dont let that add to your worries!0

you can always get people to give you the material they want and maybe even a pattern - and you make it-that way you wouldnt have upfront costs of buying anything - youll have a designer emprium in no time - seriously though people wil pay a premium for a handmade "one off" item0
