Yeh..I've had plenty of tea...and I still feel very guilty for the beer.
I have been having the odd shandy when out with dp..but not for 3 weeks now so I don't feel too bad, just angry as this is hardly the time and place (i.e home alone stressing, crying and at my computer)

    Oh starlite, dont cry hun.

(The odd shandy isnt going to harm you or the baby, so dont worry about that.)

Have you rung your partner? Maybe hearing a friendly voice will be good for you, or even a friend.

Dont be stressed, all you have to do today is ignore the doorbell when it rings, you dont need to talk to him or anything.

Hows about you go and have a nice bath, then when he rings the bell, you wont wanna get out of the bath anyways!

well..i tried and then he left a meeting super worrried as he had 6 missed calls from me..i felt bad, and as i've said his job is very high pressure so i don't want to stress him too much.
as for friends..they are all at work..so wish I had a job and then at least i'd have something else to fill my days

Well...just got through to bailiff, he is busy with 'a difficult removal of goods' (feel so sorry for the people involved..I could hear a baby crying in the background) so wouldn't have made it here today anyway.
I told him that I know my rights if he does come here, and will be very happy to make an arrangement to repay at £50 per month
He then said he will need to enter our property and list our goods before he can agree such a scheme. This will then be insurance for the council incase we miss payment to save them going through court again
Also the amount he is demanding covers council tax until next april , which i find crazy...but good as I thought we had this debt and future tax to deal with.
He was actually quite nice at this point and said, i trust you are telling the truth but some people will say they have nothing then we find a brand new car in drive and plasma tv state of the art pc etc. (so basically he doens tbelieve me and needs to see proof himself)
I got him to promise he would not remove our goods and would honour an agreement, and he said as long as he sees we are unable to pay he will..should I trust him?
He will be here at 1pm tomorrow..
