Right, I think I can stop running around like a loon for tonight now or is that a typical head for a single mother? :confused:Yes, that's typical :D;)

DD in bed and reading "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" - she's only got 52 pages to go  She wants to see if she can get it read by her birthday on Saturday as she wants to start reading book 6 then! She should manage it no problem as she's read about 50 pages over the weekend if not more!. Not bad for a 6-turning-7-on Saturday-year-old :rotfl::rotfl: She's read the entire series herself so far, only taken her 2 years to read the 5 books (yes you did read that right, she started reading Harry Potter just as she turned 5 :D ) , but she does her school reading as well (read a number of Roald Dahl books, and the complete updated Mr Men Collection!) and other ones she has on her bookcase :D My name is Nicki and my daughter is a bookworm :rotfl::rotfl:

Wow Nicki, thats really impressive! What a wee genius :D

Wow - 12 pages before I can even get a look in as been at the dreaded work today.

Thanks to pigpen for once again doing the list which I will aim to do SOME OF but not all as I think I am still recovering from the party at the weekend  .

Have had a quick scan of the pages as there is no way I could read it all (didnt even get a chance to get a quick look while at work as so busy).
Looks likes loads of new names (but I cant remember them all) so welcome and happy flying to all newbies :hello: and just remember dont try and do it all as you'll burn yourself out and then wonder why you only managed 2 or 3 days.

Massive hugs to all those who need them :grouphug:

Easy going for all those baby bumps - which reminds me did I miss michelle posting in my quick read or has she not been on?

I feel totally envious of all the lovely kitchens and holidays - since we've moved in nearly 8 years ago Ive had a new boiler and a new roof !!!

So what have I been up to.

Yesterday managed to clear mattress heaven after the sleepover and got DD's room up to scratch, also hoovered everywhere upstairs as the party poppers had got everywhere  . Had half expected OH to clear away the roast tea things while I hoovered but wrong again, he thought he'd start polishing the car (and managed to do one rea wing before it got dark  I mean what was the point). So then when he sits reading the paper while I'm trying to clear the kitchen and sort out the weeks washing plus the bedding from 6 extra beds. I told him I was so knackered (didnt get to bed until 4 and was up to fee the mob at 8) that I could cry and burst into tears and promptly did. He says why dont you go and make yourself a cuppa tea and sit down !!! Ever wanted to kill someone coz I bl**dy well did. I think maybe he realised he was in the bad books as I came home to find a chicken pie in the oven and him peeling potatoes and he wasnt even having tea as he's now gone to work. Was really glad as work was stupidly busy - didnt even manage to get a lunch hour so told my line manager I was putting it down as toil, will have plenty of that coming up as I'll have several Sundays to work and the big boss has said we can take it either paid or time off so might do a bit of both to get some extra days off (to fly of course :rotfl: )

Pigpen - DS LOVED going to work with Grandad today - he finds him so funny and has come back with several tales that he could hardly tell me for hysterics. He was even up at 5.45 ready for 6.10 pick up and a stop at The Green Welly for breakfast :confused::confused: . He spent the day sorting out all the tents and linings which had come back from the French Ambassadors residence where they were last week. He said the best bit tho' was afternoon tea break when grandad looked at his watch and said "bogger it, its 3 o clock, had enough lets go home" :rotfl: . Not bad for a 70 year old really bless him. They got loads done so he might even manage a 4 day week.

Anyway guess thats enough I better go do some flying.

Probably see you all after another 12 pages tomorrow
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

Not done any flying... baby has been playing up all day and sticking random body parts out my stomach causing much discomfort! Ended up back in bed about 3pm for a lie down... woke up at 6pm by mum ringing - tried to get back to sleep but cant. Still feel tired and achy though :(

OH went home for a bit to sort some bits at his.. just text me asking is there anything i need from his except my "stay over" make up so i can pack it in my hospital bag (saves me packing stuff i use daily) i said there was nothing else ta..... he then replied and asked was i sure and would i mind if he brought a bed, tv, pet lizard etc....

Apparently hes really fed up living apart and wants to move in ASAP.... think we have to have a BIG talk tonight!!! It was mentioned the other day but i wasnt sure how serious he was.. (BTW im not scared by the prospect cos id LOVE him too move here.. he was meant to over 12 months ago but things didnt go to plan....)

Just hope the sudden change in heart isnt because of something i think it is... cant elaborate really or know till i speak to him in person ( and maybe snoop through stuff at his again :o:o ) but i have a horrible suspicion there could be some serious financial problems forcing him to re-evaluate the situation. :undecided

Oh well.. off to wash the plates for tea.. dunno what were having yet.. maybe a HM sausage dinner or something simple. Will give the kitchen a level 1 clean whilst tea cooks..
