Hello, I got the following email this morning ......

    Hello there!
We thought that you might be interested to know that audience tickets are now available for the new series of Phillip & Fern's hit ITV1 show! As with all of our shows, the tickets are FREE!

ALL STAR MR & MRS SHOW

Hosted by Phillip Schofield & Fern Britton, 'All Star Mr & Mrs', the hilarious big ITV1 Saturday night series, is back for a brand new series!
Phillip and Fern will again find out whether some of the nation’s favourite celebrity couples really are made for one another. Three celebrity couples compete for big cash prizes, for a charity of their choice (plus the all important classic carriage clock) by answering questions about their relationships. We also get an insight into their home life as 'All-Star Mr & Mrs' takes a trip around each of the couples' homes.
Amongst the celebrity couples taking part last series were: 'Buffy' actor Anthony Head and partner Sarah Fisher, King Of The Jungle Christopher Biggins & partner Neil, Vic Reeves & Nancy Sorrell, Steve Bakley & his wife, Keith Duffy & his wife Lisa, Laurence & Jackie Llewelyn Bowen, Sugababe Heidi Range and partner Dave Berry, Vicky Entwistle & husband Andy and Brigitte Nielsen & her partner Mattia.

As each pair plays, one partner is sent off to the sound-proofed booth whilst their other half is quizzed on their life together. When the other half returns, the couple are challenged to match their answers in a bid to win the big cash prize of £30,000 for a charity of their choice. There are also a few more surprises along the way!
The show will take place at The ITV London Studios on London's South Bank, near Waterloo Station, at 7.15pm on Monday 23rd November, 3.45pm & 6.45pm on Saturday 28th November, 3.45pm & 6.45pm on Sunday 29th November, 7.15pm on Monday 30th November & 7.15pm Tuesday 1st December 2009.

  • I received this email from the Lost In TV audience people (they obtain studio audiences for a number of TV shows recorded in London for various channels).

They were asking for Arabic-speaking audience members last week & clearly need more bodies to fill seats, so if you've seen the show & have a few hours to spare this might be for you, with the added bonus of receiving £25 expenses! You'll need to register online to apply for tickets:

If you live near enough to get there free or cheaply it's an easy way to earn £25.00.
  • So if you live near London, or in London, it's free.

If not, most coach companies and trains cost over-the-odds to get in and out of London for 5:30, then having to go via. the tube to get there...
something tells me that that will be near or over £25...

Depends where you live & 5.30pm is plenty of time to get off-peak tickets. There are plenty of cheap ticket deals if you scout round on this site (eg Megabus = £1 each way to locations like Bristol; National Express Coaches = couple of quid each way on selected routes; Southern Rail 40% off Advance tickets - eg 2 x £3 each way from Brighton, Hastings etc) that will allow you a cheap day return to London well under £25 from quite some distance from the capital. Oystercard Pay As You Go or Off-Peak Day Travelcard for tube or bus travel will add on £5 or less from Central London.

So most people would still be in profit & could spend a few hours looking round London in addition to seeing the show :)
  • Has anyone attended!! And received £25
  • rather odd that ANY studio would pay expenses to the audience..?
