What, so no-one living in a flat should have surround sound? It might be understandable if it was blaring at all hours of the night, but surely its reasonable to expect your neighbours to be able to put up with you watching a film or listening to music at moderate volume without having a hissy fit. I'm in the same situation now and it's really frustrating feeling knowing the person next door has nothing better to do with their life than to sit around listening out for something to moan about.
