Thanks. haha I wish i knew, friend of a friend he said. He's a man of mystery so we never ask questions (not in the fell off the back of a van type, just that he keeps his private life very private). I think they are both possibly not long left university. The videographer studied film making, and I imagine is just looking for experience to add to his portfolio. And the photographer is a fashion photographer - again, probably just happy for experience.

Had a real blitz at the weekend:
Ordered fish bowls and mirrors for table centres
Miniature bottles of port for mens favours (with cashback)
Made final decision on cake - definitely buns
Booked car parking at airport (with cashback)

My mother is back to normal after being on her best behaviour when OH was there the other weekend.

She's stressing about what to wear and MIL is in trouble with her for wearing a hat!
She was on about rooms at the hotel was moaning about how much they are and then when I offered premier inn 3 miles away that was too far, too much trouble and breakfast too difficult!
She's shown no interest whatsoever about my dress or anything else is just concerned about how my ex will cope with DD for 2 weeks while we go on honeymoon - he offered and as he has 3 others said he wouldn't notice 1 extra :rotfl:

Complete contrast with MIL she rings every week just to check how things are going and to see if we are ok and she's been so much more interested - she has seen my dress and my own mother hasn't.

Sorry to go on but she is really winding me up - I know why I live nearly 200 miles away

Fish bowls and mirrors have arrived.

Delivery driver was struggling with 3 huge boxes :eek:.
came from Easy florist supplies - really well packaged and only ordered them on Sunday.

Now just the problem of where to put them until the wedding the spare room is full now.

I've got one out and put the marbles in it and the nuggets round it - am well impressed. Just need the fish now but that's down to OH. I have a cunning plan for flowers if his quest fails :rotfl:

2 months and 4 days to go now :eek:

Have spent this afternoon removing the labels from 50 port miniatures so that we can have our own labels put on them.

Dj is now booked and have started getting replies to invites - have 2 people coming all the way from the Isle of Lewis and my mother is still moaning about coming from Suffolk

Had trial run with flowers yesterday - they look gorgeous and were an absolute bargain - my bouquet took 15 mins to do as well - simple and effective just what I was looking for.

:eek: stop putting how long you have to go, im the week after you and so trying not to think about it :rotfl: ive got it in stages in my mind, like next weekend is lewis 6th birthday party then wknd after is oh stag wkn then my hen wkn then holiday for a week etc etc so trying toignore that the wedding is nearly here, i think im more or less organised though, (at least my mum is organised :rotfl: )

I feel so pleased with myself. Have spent most of the day defrosting the freezer and have made all 4 father's day cards!

I've also just about finished the table numbers and have had replies to most of the day invites.

Still have to sort music for the guests to gather to but that's just about it :j

Just checked the budget and we are under!!!!! :beer:

And once I pay for the honeymoon on Friday :eek: we have nothing else to pay until 2 weeks before.

Well I do have my clinique session on Weds so maybe a little splurge and a new bikini - can afford to treat myself to some chocolate buttons now :rotfl:
