sent my invites two months ago i just couldnt wait any longer. lol

ive had a couple of the younger adults ask if they can bring partners (they to are only 16 /17)

i have no objection to him bringing her in the slightest but I'm not spending my wedding night checking who is playing musical beds :rotfl:.

lol...........isn't it awful that there's always someone that you've 'got' to invite but you don't even know! we can only have about 65 guests for main meal so we have had to be very strict in just inviting immediate family and friends ( but this means alot of nephews, nieces etc partners can't come) we said at the beginning we weren't going to get stressed about being strict but i hate the feeeling that some will be disappointed.

At least you're posting yours, we're leaving ours with a family member who sees everyone so she can pass them out lol.

(People coming to dinner are all having theirs hand delivered though)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Some of ours are going to some far flung areas in Scotland so we don't see them that often.

My mum has offered to deliver some now so will send the rest 1st class.

We had our first meeting with the minister today. We were both very nervous, but he was lovely. He's Brazilian, so he sounds so cute, the way he says "love" (like looooohhffffff).

I had no idea what he would ask/talk about, but he asked us some questions about our relationship and if we planned to have children. He was lovely and subtle about all the things he was saying (encouraging us to come to church) and how hard marriage can be etc, but that if we ever need someone to talk to he is there. But he wasn't pushy at all.

It is a tad worrying though that he has no idea what he's doing legally. HAhaha. he's never done a Scottish wedding himself. eek! Fingers crossed it all goes well.

We're meeting him again in June.
