Well....they are there and having a R..A..T..H..E..R nice meal. They were on the cocktails 10 minutes odd ago - a coffee-flavoured liqueur as I recall and a couple of starters....one with olives/cheese/scallops/etc - now if I wasnt a vegetarian I would be hammering on the door to be let in....sounds good to me.

And - yep - folks - I can verify that weezl and Mr weezl (aka acetate monkey) both do exist in the "real world" - I've just been on the phone to both of them (a 3 way conversation going on there in the "real world"). Weezl comes over just like she does on the thread folks - and I think she's enjoying herself by the sound of it - well shes giggling a lot!;)

Congratulations Weezl! Woo hoo this thread really is something to be celebrated....you've proved it can be done even amongst all this talk of the credit crunch and doom and gloom. Popping back to your thread regularly has really given me a boost and just proves what can be achieved when you're determined.

Oh my word, there are pressies! And such lovely thoughtful ones!

Ceridwen has phoned HOW EXCITING!!! and we had a little natter, and thank you again for the book. It was called 'food for free' and tells us how to avoid death at the hands of bad picking fiascos. It looks excellent and tells us how to cook things too! I shall be sharing more with you soon I know!

I found it on Cromer beach (along with a few more)on my honeymoon last year i collected a few and "fondle "(for want of a better word )them regularly i find handling them very soothing and they are so smooth and tactile i decorated yours with the word "BELIEVE" so that when you have doubts you can remind youself to believe in what your doing just like we all do:D

Pleased you are enjoying your night and promise if we ever visit Cardiff we will pop in and meet you in person and you to ISOM and i will bring cakes for acetate monkey
